Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
We offer weight-based shipping via Canada Post for all orders. We ship to Canada, the United States, and Japan.
Customs and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot control or predict these charges; please check with your local customs office for more information.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
In the rare event that your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Shipping Address
